Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Telco Store (telco.com.pk). We deal in new and used portable WiFi devices, including 4G/5G Pocket WiFi, portable routers, and wireless internet devices.
No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. The only option available to customers is an exchange, subject to the terms below.
7-Day Trial Period (Exchange Only)
- Customers are given a 7-day trial period starting from the delivery date.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within this 7-day period.
- No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days.
New & Used Device Conditions
- New devices must be unused, unactivated, and returned in original packaging.
- Used / pre-owned devices are tested before dispatch and may show cosmetic signs of prior use.
- Used devices are eligible for exchange only in case of functional faults.
- Cosmetic wear, battery life variation, or signal strength differences are not considered defects.
Exchange Eligibility
- The device must be returned in original condition with box, charger, cables, and accessories.
- IMEI / Serial number must match our records.
- The product must not be physically damaged, water-damaged, or tampered with.
- Valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Change of mind or no longer needed.
- Network compatibility, SIM issues, or coverage limitations.
- Internet speed or performance expectations.
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.
- Requests made after the 7-day trial period.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a device that is dead on arrival, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Approved cases will be exchanged subject to stock availability.
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the fault is confirmed on our end.
- Exchange shipping charges may apply.
- All exchanged items are inspected before approval.
